I'm currently working on recreating some of the fairy tales and children's literature that had a profound impact on me in my childhood. The Nutcracker and the Mouse King is an ageless Christmas tale first written by E.T.A. Hoffmann in 1816. The story follows a young girl named Marie, who receives a magical nutcracker doll as a Christmas present. On that very night, the Nutcracker comes to life and takes Marie on a thrilling journey through a world brimming with enchantment and adventure.
